QNV Constructions is a builder of private residential houses nation wide. The company was established to give land buyers efficient access to building services within the group's own land subdivisions. Its current work focuses on the group's Victorian, Tasmanian, South Australia & Queensland subdivisions.
Affordable housing is a major issue in Australia. QNV Constructions has come a long way in terms of recognising the housing issues in Australia by introducing smaller and more affordable homes in their portfolio.
As a group we will continue to grow and adapt with the market and any new strategies implemented by the Federal, State and Local Government, to be able to continue delivering good quality and affordable homes to the Australian people.

Shane Sharpin - General Construction Manager
Shane has with over 30 years experience in the building/construction and development industry. He has had extensive experience in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He holds commercial and domestic Builders Licenses in Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. Shane is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Shane joined QNV in Aug 2007.
